个人简介
仲维刚,基于食源性纳米递送体系开发与肠道免疫调控,自2021年以来以第一(共一)作者身份在Food Chemistry、Journal of Dairy Science,Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis等权威期刊发表SCI论文8篇,其中ESI高被引论文2篇,获得国内外同行的积极评价。博士在读期间获批中国科技协会青年人才托举工程博士生专项,参与完成多项国家自然科学基金项目。
